In order to verify whether the wind turbine blades can bear limit load, static test for wind turbine blades is necessary. Currently the main static test method domestic and foreign is multi-nodes static loading method. However, coupling force among each loading node led to anamorphic result in the progress of static test. To solve this problem, the multi-nodes static loading control technology and equipment for wind turbine blades was deeply studied in this paper. Research results are as follows:According to the structure and characteristics of wind turbine blade in the process of loading, analysis and research on the testing requirements were carried out. A set of vertical static loading test scheme was put forward. The hydraulic driving equipment was completed, and the hydraulic driving system schematic diagram was designed. Main parameters of the system and selection of the hydraulic components were completed, and hydraulic loading system was designed. The loading block diagram was constructed using hydraulic knowledge, and the specific analysis of the hydraulic driving system was carried out.Field test were carried out to get the coupling characteristic among loading forces, and a decoupling control algorithm based on grey prediction unit and fuzzy control theory was developed. The algorithm consisted of grey prediction unit and fuzzy controller, online prediction function of grey prediction unit was used, and predictive value of the loading force was obtained by the rolling optimization. Fuzzy controller took the loading force deviation and deviation rate as input, and control output was got through fuzzification, fuzzy inference and the motivation. In order to verify the validity of the decoupling control algorithm, simulation model was built based on Matlab/Simulink and AMESim software, and the simulation results showed that the decoupling control effect was good.Finally, vertical static loading test equipment for 10 MW wind turbine blades was studied using aeroblade62-5.0. Electrical control system and the laser ranging system were developed, and electrical schematic diagram and the real picture were designed. A friendly man-machine interface was designed based on Delphi software to monitor real-timely in the process of static test. Finally decoupling control algorithm was applied to full-size static test for aeroblade62-5.0 wind turbine blades. Test results showed that the control system had good decoupling control characteristic and engineering application.
