That the fireproof performance is very poor is can not be ignored a disadvantage for steel structure, because of this, many scholars has been conducting the massive research to the fire resistance design and fire prevention measures of steel structure to further improve the extent of the application and promote the development of steel construction. However, damage identification and safety authentication research for steel structure after fire is few. And most of the steel structure building after the local fire or light fire did not collapse, they can continue to be used by a certain repair and reinforcement. Therefore, it has important practical significance to study the damage identification and safety evaluation of steel structures after fire. In view of this, this article has carried on the about steel frame in fire damage identification research, and combined with the fire of steel structure safety appraisal method, and obtain some initial fire for steel structure safety appraisal guidelines, and its application to practical engineering.1) The author referred to the domestic and foreign relevant literatures and codes, conducted the research about steel structure safety appraisal method after fire, and pointed out the shortcomings, which lay the foundation for the following research.2) Based on ANSYS software to establish a layer of a span steel frame thermal analysis model and according to the ISO-834 standard temperature curve, the fire temperature process was set up. In this paper, the temperature field distribution of the structure under different fire conditions is analyzed, and get the temperature development rules of steel member section in the process of fire, for fire steel bearing damage research to provide certain basis.3) Establishing a three layer three span steel plane frame model. Analysis of the different rooms by fire and different fire mode, structure of the thermal mechanical effects of the damage mechanism and the damage rules, and has carried on the contrast analysis, for fire safety appraisal of steel structure has certain reference function.4) Combining with national standard and the research conclusion, we get a scientific and reasonable damage assessment and safety identification of a steel frame computer mall after the fire, and provide some reference for the similar projects in the future.
