Along with the rapid development of social economy and technology and science in recent years. accelerating the pace of urban development, more and more people flocking to the city. In order to meet the big city land tense, high-rise buildings springing up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. The pile raft foundation in high-rise buildings has also been widely used, many domestic and foreign experts have also made a lot of research, especially the research on the soil, foundation and superstructure interaction, and get a lot of achievements increasingly mature, in engineering practice has also been a corresponding application.This article is based on a high-rise office building joint action as an example, in theory on the basis of previous studies, using SAP2000 finite element analysis software, according to the layered soil model is used to simulate the soil foundation, to establish a suitable framework raft foundation pile - foundation the joint action of three-dimensional model, to discuss the interaction mechanism. According to the research ideas, the main conclusions are as follows:1) When working together, the top of the pile internal force and reaction force of the upper structure has a obvious increasing, settling internal force of raft and foundation are decreased, indicating that the non-interaction, and the internal force of raft foundation settlement is relatively large safety margin, while the upper structure is unsafe design, so in practical engineering, interaction design that is more attuned to the forces structure and it is more reasonable designs. In the design of the upper structure, should be appropriate to consider the interaction of adverse upper effect.2) When the order of construction, by adjusting the stiffness of the upper structure, on the basis of the settlement, raft moment plate, raft load sharing ratio, pile top counter force effects show that superstructure stiffness to reduce foundation differential settlement is beneficial, but this contribution is limited.3) The raft thickness can be adjusted and the force of raft pile top, reduce the basis of differential settlement, based on the design, synthesis of the factors, to select reasonable raft thickness is more economical.4) Based on the design, in order to improve the raft load sharing function, control the settlement allowed the foundation, to select reasonable pile length.5) By adjusting the stiffness of the foundation caused by the impact, in order to improve the load sharing of the raft, the raft should be placed in the stiffness of the soil.
