The application of air-conditioning system presents an increasing trend in the field of architecture. As a vital section, apart from being used for adjusting the indoor humidity and temperature, the air-conditioning system also plays a significant role on managing the indoor air quality and humans health.The chapter firstly introduced the estimating standard of air flow organize, the 5 estimating methods mainly involves air ages, wind supply rates, energy adapting coefficient, air distribution feature standards and uneven air distribution coefficient. It also constructs three physical models of up-return wind supply, exchanging wind supply and impinging jet wind supply through simplifying different needed sir flow conditions. Finally, it focused on the simplified models and completely set conditions of every boundaries, it also constructed a basement for value imitation via the grid dividing.The article carried out to analysis and discuss the air flow organize imitation results of up-return ventilation, displacement ventilation and impinging jet ventilation. Meanwhile, it gave a comparing among the distinct wind supply methods according the items of air ages, wind supply rates, energy adapting coefficient, air distribution feature standards and uneven air distribution coefficient. Moreover, it discussed the contaminates concentration fields of the three wind supply methods, to judge the impacts from different wind supply methods to the indoor air quality in the condition of existing the contaminates inside.In the air conditioning system, the factors of indoor temperature, humid, flow field and contaminates distribution are decided by different wind supply parameters, wind supply methods and the amount of wind supply and returning. The general up-return wind supply method has chosen in this article, it conducted to estimate the flow organizes according the different wind supply times, directions, rates and relatively locations via the method of values imitation. In addition, to study the contaminate distribution regulation in the different situations, and research the impacts between the indoor air quality and humans comfortable ranges.
