| Power battery is the core component of Pure Electric Vehicles, whose using state has a vital influence to charging and discharging performance and the life of vehicle. Based on one pure electric light truck, using Computer Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method carried on the simulation analysis, and then combining with the simulation results got the reference value of the conclusions. In this paper, the main research contents and achievements are as follows:1. Analyzing the state of development of domestic and foreign automotive lithium-ion battery, the structure of lithium batteries, heat and heat transfer characteristics of the relevant theoretical analysis;2. Establishing the vehicle dynamic simulation model:With the vehicle simulation software ADVISOR to establish the lithium-ion battery simulation model, the dynamic characteristics of a battery pack with a certain cycle working conditions for simulation analysis, and the model are used to get the battery real-time heating rate and heat changes;3. Using STAR-CCM+for single cell analysis simulates the temperature field in a typical discharge rate of different yields:under the same ambient temperature, the greater the monomer lithium battery discharge rate, temperature difference inside the cells more bigger. At the same time, the cells under different temperature conditions (25℃/35℃/45℃) temperature rise characteristics of the numerical simulation analysis results: The higher the ambient temperature, the cells of the magnitude of the temperature rise more:4. From the perspective of the battery pack cooling mode, the use of air-cooled heat dissipation must consider coupling the battery pack temperature and flow field. The establishment of a three-dimensional model of the battery pack, which was introduced into the fluid analysis software STAR-CCM+. the establishment of a CFD simulation model of thermal and flow field inside the battery box module simulation analysis, the distribution of the battery pack temperature field find out the highest and lowest battery module temperature profile, and the remote monitoring data for comparison, simulation results and experimental results have good consistency, in order to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the simulation model programs. |
