| With the expansion and interconnection of electricity network,and emergence of large joint power grid, the network structure become more and more complex.In order to raise the voltage qualification rate, and to ensure the provision of safe qualified and economical electricity for the customers.The voltage quality is an important measure of power quality, which directly affect the stable operation of power system, the reduction of line losses,the production safety of industry and agriculture and normal operation of equipment, etc.The running voltage of power network is depended on the reactive power. In case of interference,if the reactive power in network is lacked, the voltage level will reduce and the voltage will below the critical voltage which may cause a catastrophic accident of System crash. The main objective of the control of reactive power voltage in huaian electric network is to reduce the active loss and to raise bus voltage qualified rate of the power network. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of the regional power grid, it is necessary to find a balance point between the voltage quality and the economical operation of the power network,and to have an optimal control of the power voltage and the reactive power voltage.By analyzing the relevant knowledge of reactive power voltage and the practical situation of Huaian power grid, selecting the typical regional and substations, applying the principle of the reactive power optimization, this essay is trying to find a way to ensure the qualification of the voltage and the reactive power with as low losses as possible, under the premise of the stabilization and safety of the whole power network.In view of the two types of six specific substations in huaian power grid, by making full use of the information from the central station such as SCADA systems and OPEN-3000 system, by analyzing the control region partition and the control mode, we try to improve the existing control strategy and to have an optimal, centralized control of voltage and reactive power of the whole network. This effective way is worth research and extension in Huaian power grid, can reduce the workload of regulation, adjust the bus-bar voltage of the system on time and improve the qualification rate, which can not only meet the electric energy assessment standards of protecting the safety and stable operation of the power grid of Huaian laid down by the Jiangsu Provincial Power Company,but also has good economic benefits. |
