In order to reduce human dependence on oil and mineral resources, the author based on the residue powder of the northern poplar as the base material,the nano-alumina powder as the enhancement factor. Combined with wood science and technology, materials science and engineering of powder metallurgy disciplines such as metallurgical powder material forming theory and strengthen the mechanism of sliding bearing as the research object, using the single factor and response surface method (Design Expert) experiment Design, analysis and optimization, by using the universal mechanical tester, scanning electron microscope (SEM), MPV-3 microcomputer control PV friction testing machine and so on the many kinds of detection methods of particle reinforced wooden sliding bearing performance testing specimen and material structure characterization, main work and results are as follows:(1) By contrast test, completed the selection of the substrate and enhancer, nanometer alumina powder as intensifying factor of preparing particles reinforced wooden sliding bearing of density, porosity, crushing strength and surface hardness is 1.741 g/cm3, respectively,3%,128 mpa and 87 hv.(2) Experiment using univariate and response surface method, crush strength to the test piece, friction coefficient, wear volume of response indicators, particle reinforced process parameters wooden sliding bearings optimized confirmed Poplar powder particle size of 60 mesh, forming a temperature of 160℃, nano-alumina powder content of 6% for the best combination.(3) Particles under optimum conditions for preparing reinforced wooden sliding friction bearings running stable, thanks to the fusion of the thermoplastic substrate and nano-corundum powder particles adhering to the surface of the substrate to form a layer of solid lubricant film;test load of 400N, when the speed of 900r/min made friction and wear test specimen friction torque, the amount of wear and friction coefficient is 3.2N · m,26mg/1000r and 0.108.(4) Particles under non-optimal conditions for preparing reinforced friction and wear testing process wood sliding bearings under the same experimental conditions, the existence of "locking" phenomenon, the friction coefficient test curve obtained disorders. The reason is that the surface pores are filled during friction wear particles, when the surface of the material loss due to friction is new pores again, wear products increased again and the void be filled process is repeated.(5) Combined with plain bearings PV value measurement method relevant national and industry standards, measured specimen sliding velocity of 100m · min-1 Limiting PV value and ultimate allowable PV value were 161.7MPa ·m ·min-1,80MPa·m ·min-1, and powder metallurgy oil-bearing copper limit PV value (100MPa · m·min-1) are very close.
