With the development of economy and society, Some social problems due to the increase of the number of cars are increasingly prominent, such as traffic jams, driving safety, energy shortages and environmental pollution. Autonomous vehicles, involving environmental perception, computer science,robotics, and vehicle engineering, it is a comprehensive support emerging technology, and it is also the focus direction of the global prospective study currently. Researching and development of autonomous cars on the basis of new energy vehicles is great help of construction of environmentally friendly and conservation-minded society, while in line with the "Made in China 2025" plan in the strategic objectives of the intelligent network linking cars and new energy automotive requirements. Therefore, the study of autonomous cars based on electric car platform has a broad-based scientific and practical value.Researchers at our country and abroad put more emphasis on the upper system algorithms of autonomous technology investigation. This has played a positive role in the early phase of the study, but there are many problems in terms of integration of vehicle dynamics, stability and the adaptation of upper system and drive system, this study of autonomous car driver system integration design is relying on Provincial Natural Science Fund Project "Electric vehicle motors-transmission coupling control and optimization of shift quality " and Provincial major science and technology projects "The key technology research of smart pure electric vehicle controller ", Control strategy of integrated electric drive system based on unmanned conducted is in-depth researched,provides a reference for the study of autonomous drive system control method. The main contents are as follows:First, set up the whole system architecture and simulate the work of upper environment perception system of autonomous cars, process the environment images from visual sensors, identify obstacles, analysis of autonomous cars pedal servo mechanism; secondly,electric drive system based on unmanned were structural and parameter selection, formulate the shift schedule applicable to the development of autonomous vehicles; again, combining the research methods for PMSM control, developed a integrated control strategy for lower electric drive system, using simulation software to build electric vehicles and power system model based on unmanned and off-line simulation, research the feasibility of the strategy and shift quality factors; and finally, according to the control strategy functional requirements, designing the hardware of integrated controller for lower electric drive system and debugging the software, and building test bench to verification.
