As people’s environmental awareness is gradually increased, the automotive industry is constantly developing low carbon vehicles and related equipments. With the increasingly serious air pollution problem, ubiquitous haze become a hidden danger to people’s health. The development design of car purification equipment is a hot research topic in today’s automobile industry, so the development of smart car air conditioning air purifier is complied with the requirements of the development. Long time driving or riding in the car, passengers will get different degrees of dizziness and disgusting problems. The longer time it takes, the more obvious the phenomenon will be. Investigate its main reasons are the pollution of waste gas and the gas accumulation in the car, combining with the in-car air does not flow and lacking of oxygen. Aimed at in-car air pollution condition, a smart car air conditioning air purification system was designed. The main contents of the study are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the hardware design and simulation of smart car air conditioning air purifier’s power supply system. Simulink components of the MATLAB are used to simulate power supply system.(2)Based on the analysis of the smart car air conditioning air purification system function requirements and CAN bus technology, the overall design of the system from the function and economy was determined.(3)The idea of modular design and the new air quality sensor technology was adopted. And a smart car air conditioning air purification hardware and software of the control system based on a series of STM32F103 microcontroller was developed. The system collects information of car interior air quality, single collected by sensors will be processed by single chip microcomputer. Then the system will communicate with car on-board computer through CAN bus, finally on-board display shows the current car interior air quality. When air quality is not ideal appear in the process of air checking, the car air conditioning air purifier will start to realize the closed-loop control of air purification inside the car.(4) AltiumDesigner is used to render the car air conditioning air purification control system circuit schematic diagram and PCB diagram. Through making circuit boards and welding components to complete physical production of the system. KEIL software is used to design the software system on the basis of the complement of system hardware, finally the program was written into hardware system to complete system debugging. Each function meets the design requirements after debugging.
