Air preheater is an important auxiliary equipment of power station boiler, it is located at The end of the arrangement in the whole boiler heating system, itself also has the good characteristics like:a compact structure,increase in thermal efficiency, long service life, corrosion resistance, and so on. Therefore it is widely used in modern power plant boiler. After sold out the introduction of SCR device in the boiler system, cold air preheater can appear serious corrosion plugging ash phenomenon, greatly reduces the air preheater in thermal efficiency, affect the economic benefits of the whole system. So we need to modify the air preheater new performance calculation.In order to better surface-to-air air preheater structural transformation, also after the installation of SCR denitration device in order to reduce air preheater of ammonium hydrogen sulfate jams, we need to design calculation air preheater, the new operating mode under the condition of air preheater heating surface height of the design calculation. At the same time in order to prevent to predict the formation, ammonium hydrogen ulfate solid need according to different working condition of coal.The rotary air preheater of checking computation, under different working conditions, determine the air pre-heater flue gas side job working medium temperature air temperature.Through the analysis of the calculation model, combined with the current st ard of thermal calculation, three points of power plant boiler storehouse thermodynamic calculation of rotary type air preheater was studied, design the flow chart of design check of the air preheater. Change the initial conditions, the air preheater thermal process in various operating conditions are calculated in turn.Imports from coal, coal, air temperature inlet temperature of flue gas and so on are calculated respectively, got the air preheater exit parameters changed in different operating conditions. Result can provides the basis of the reform for the air preheater system after SCR transforming of low temperature corrosion, leakage blockage problems, besides it also has important engineering value to choose the appropriate supply air temperature in power plants power plant boiler safe economic operation.
