In this paper, the tribological properties of alkoxy phosphate (AOP) and dialkyl disulfide molybdenum (MoDTC), dialkyl dithio formate zinc phosphate (ZNDDP) which were added into the turbine oil, gas turbine oil and mineral oil were investigated in detail. ANSYS was used to simulate the wear process, analyze the stress distribution and predict the wear volume. The main conclusions are as follows:1. When the concentration of AOP is 1wt% or the concentration of MoDTC is 0.3wt%, turbine oil has better friction-reducing and anti-wear properties. When lwt% AOP+0.3wt% MoDTC was used as addtives in the turbine oil, it can form synergistic effect. Thus, the friction coefficient and wear width of turbine oil are the lowest and the turbine oil has the best tribological performances.2. When 1wt%,3wt%,5wt% of AOP was added to gas turbine oil, respectively, the tribological properties of gas turbine oil were improved and when the concentration of AOP was 1wt%, the trbibological was the best. When 0.3wt%,0.5wt%, 1wt% of MoDTC was added to gas turbine oil, respectively, the tribological properties of gas turbine oil were improved and when the concentration of MoDTC was 0.3wt%, the trbibological was the best. The 1wt% of AOP and 0.3wt% of MoDTC were added to gas turbine oli, leading that the friction reducing and wear resistance of gas turbine oil were improved. According to the experiment results, the sort of tribological properties of different kinds of additives as follow:1%AOP+0.3%MoDTC< 0.3%MoDTC< 1%AOP< gas turbine engine oil. When 1% AOP+0.3% MoDTC was used as additive in gas turbine oil, the gas turbine oil has the lowest mass of wear volume and the better tribological performances is attributed to the synergistic effect formed by 1% AOP+ 0.3%.3. The combination additives containing ZnDDP, MoDTC and other additives were added to mineral oil and gas turbine oil, the friction and wear properties are better than those of base oil. According to the experiment results, the sort of tribological properties of different kinds of additives as follow: 0.4%ZNDDP+0.4%MoDTC<0.5%ZNDDP+0.5MoDTC<base oil. The mineral oil containing the combination addtives of 0.4%ZNDDP+0.4% MoDTC and other addtives also has better friction reducing and wear resistance than gas turbine oil.4. ANSYS was used to simulate the wear process, analyze the stress distribution and predict the wear volume. The results suggest that the simulation curve and experimental curve can coincide perfectly and the simulation can predict the mass of wear.
