The power industry is one of the biggest businesses in China’s coal and fuel consumption, in our country the coal resources relatively abundant, and the oil resources relative shortage. Unit of coal-fired power plants and low-load stable-combustion consumes a large amount of heating oil. Due to the changes of coal and electric power market, power plant urgently need to reduce their generating cost, thus realize the goal of fuel-efficient.Therefore, develop and install new fuel-efficient boiler, research and development of new fuel-efficient technology became to the most imperious demands for a coal-fired power plant.Tiny-oil ignition technology can guarantee the stable combustion of the boiler under the condition of small amounts of fuel and cost, avoid fire accidents of the boiler, greatly improve the safety and economy of thermal power plant operation.This paper revolves around DouHe power plant unit# 5 tiny-oil ignition and stable-combustion technology transformation, on the basis of boiler low-load stable-combustion technology of domestic and overseas in the extensive research, from the perspective of safety and economy, aimed at the combustion characteristics of a circular cutting boiler, under the premise of without changing the original combustion mode, realized reform the tiny-oil ignition and stable-combustion technology, and studied the problems in the operation of the modified, put forward the corresponding improvement program. Through the boiler low-load stable-combustion experiment, the micro oil system can meet the needs of the unit stationary combustion has been proved. The success of micro oil ignition and stable-combustion technology transformation of DouHe power plant provides experience for other power plants.
