In this paper in order to complete the 1000MW #2 unit in BeiJiang power plant operation parameters after repair of level B ultra supercritical coal-fired boiler as the research object. Qualitative analysis of the operating parameters of the boiler efficiency changes caused by the low emission conditions of the boiler. To find these parameters change of our factory #2 unit ultra supercritical boiler combustion coupling relationship between the case and the parameters, and put forward to reduce the feasibility condition of low emission power supply coal consumption rate adjusting method. Model of the relationship derived coal water ratio, excess air coefficient, factory electric coefficient, air pre heater inlet air temperature change parameters and the power supply coal consumption rate. Optimization for water, to the amount of coal and air pre heater inlet oxygen these will lead to boiler combustion state change and further cause the other parameters such as water wall temperature, fly ash carbon content and NOx content changes, ultra supercritical boiler to safety, environmental protection, economic operation. The greatest impact on the overall operation of the boiler is that when the coal quality changes, it is necessary to adjust the relevant operating parameters to ensure the safe operation of the unit. According to the principle of the ratio of water to coal ratio, the amount of water supply should be changed according to the set value, and then the total amount of air flow can be changed. The orthogonal test method is used to obtain the optimal operating conditions of the boiler under the influence of multiple variables to arrange the test content in order to reduce the number of tests.
