Against impervious and frost heave of Ningxia Irrigation channels fabricated, using orthogonal experiment, the optimal formula for fly ash concrete prefabricated channels and durability for a more systematic study. In this paper, the use of the region’s large accumulation of power plant fly ash, in order to improve the frost resistance seepage channels, improve irrigation water efficiency, reduce environmental pollution, improve resource utilization and economic precast plant has important significance. The main results of this study are as follows:(1) By orthogonal experiment, the water-cement ratio, fly ash, air entrainment, four factors antifreeze agent content of fly ash on concrete compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of prefabricated channels. The results showed that:the 28d compressive strength of the indexes, optimal combination of A1B1C3D1;to 28d splitting tensile strength of the indexes, optimal combination A1B2C3D1. Comprehensive survey of these indicators, based on safe, reliable, low cost, good principles, to determine the optimal channel with prefabricated concrete fly ash ratio A1B2C3D1, namely: water-cement ratio 0.34,20% fly ash, lead volume 2%, antifreeze content of 2%.(2) Based on the orthogonal experiment, test the assembly canal ash concrete durability. The experimental of freezing and thawing results show that:fly ash and antifreeze concrete, frost resistance than the reference concrete mixed with air-entraining agents and double agents and antifreeze fly ash concrete good. Wherein the aerated fly ash concrete is better than not aerated fly ash concrete; adding 2% antifreeze concrete admixture slightly better than 4% antifreeze concrete. The experimental of penetration results show that:in this study, four groups of specimens (Control, Treatment 1, Treatment 2 Treatment 3)have reached the impermeability grade 8, meet the requirements of impermeability C30 concrete.(3) Fly ash concrete micro-thaw experimental results show that:in the baseline group added fly ash, can fill the pores of the concrete; join entraining agent can be introduced advantageously bubbles filled the pores and cracks, blocking water infiltration, it is large extent, improved the structure of the interface; antifreeze agent may be added to make concrete hydration products increase and improve the density of concrete, thereby improving the frost resistance of concrete. Each group specimens economic analysis, we can see No.3 specimen (optimal combination) per cubic meters of concrete cost savings of 6.7%, give full play to the economic benefits of fabricated channels.Results of this study, impermeable frost fly ash concrete prefabricated channel engineering technology application provides a scientific basis.
