Current roads with diesel engine emission regulations are increasingly strict, diesel engine emission levels has improved a lot.With all kinds of non-road mobile machinery has got more and more wide application in the production, living, pollution of non-road diesel engine, to the needs of the pollutant emission control is becoming more and more presses. Therefore, non-road diesel engine exhaust emissions technology and the key technical points of the technique for further research has the vital significance.In this paper, by analyzing the forming mechanism of gas and particles in diesel engine emission analysis, put forward the internal purification and the external purification technology solutions. By means of internal purification of turbocharged inter-cooled technology and the EGR technology, not just compare the emissions of the difference of the result also compare with economy through optimizing experiment to find the optimal parameters and configuration; External purification of DOC +POC and DOC + DPF technology route compared validation, after the feasibility of processor technology route. Finally through the internal and external purification technology, it is concluded that can meet the road with the CN4 of non-road diesel engine emission regulations under the economical and practical optimal technical route. Analysis of transient c ycle for the first time the operation condition of the NRTC distribution and closed-loop control EGR and electric control parameter of smooth optimization, how draw from steady state operating mode to meet the requirement of discharging standard transient cycle NRTC also can satisfy the requirement of emission test method. The results show that:(1) The EGR(exhaust gas recirculation) is more effective measure to reduce NOx emissions of diesel engine, through the reasonable matching, with the injection characteristics can more give full play to the effect of EGR NOx reduction, under the condition of using no after-treatment can meet the requirements of CN4 of non-road diesel engine emission regulations;(2) respectively, after the DOC +POC and DOC + DPF a fter-treatments technology route is studied, two kinds of technical route particle capture efficiency is over 50%, PM emissions also meet the requirements of CN4 of non-road diesel engine emission regulations, and because the DOC oxidation effect, CO and H C emission level is low;(3) the study of transient cycle NRTC, as long as the steady working condition of the eight-modes meet the requirements of CN4 of non-road diesel engine emission regulations, through rational analysis of transient cycle NRTC point distribution and electric control parameter optimization, smooth transient cycle NRTC emissions results generally can meet the emission requirements.
