With the rapid development of urbanization and fast living temp in china, more and more people would like to pay for a vehicle instead of taking bus or walking. Despite of auto’s convenience for people, it brings a lot of problems such as Energy shortage, environment pollution, traffic congestion and parking problems.Two-wheeled self-balancing bike, which is drought by electricity and kept balance by itself, is promising to be a personal short-distance transportation vehicle. This manned self-balancing bike has less in common with the traditional bike, such as self-balancing bike owning a imbalanced body while it stops. In the design of two-wheeled self-balancing bike, it needs to adapt at the ever-changing surroundings, analyze received data, make a right feedback and control this bike in balance.This paper is mainly on designing two-wheeled self-balancing bike by applying some relevant theories, for example automatic control theory, dynamics theory, mechanics, electronics technology, software technology and so on. The main work is as follows:1.Design a platform to research the self-balancing vehicle and according to the control of the need, find and build a framework and hardware control scheme, including mechanical framework, microprocessor, power supply and power supply, attitude sensor module and motor drive module;2.Devise a software control scheme based on the existing platform and control circuit;3.Compare the different algorithms and choose the better optimal one to process the data;4.Finish the actual manned test, smart car self-balancing test and turning test;5.Put forward a feasible self-balancing research scheme and produce the two-wheel self-balancing vehicle.Nowadays, there are a variety of smart car products on the market, which work better than ours on behalf of the stability and durability design. However, ours are more economical. In addition, the products on the market have less room to expand the research and development. Our product have a better potential of in-depth study.
