In this paper, scour plate structure with multiple piers is studied through physical model experiment which is based on the previous research result. The depth, width and the sediment accumulation of the scour pit is observed. Analysis the mutual influence between piers. Principal component analysis was carried out on the indicators. Intuitive and variance analysis is did to the results of the orthogonal experiment. Conclusions including:(1) When the distance and radius of piers isn’t changed, plate close to the riverbed, the nuber of the depth and width is smaller, the distance between plate and riverbed is one over ten depth of the water.(2) When the position and radius of piers isn’t changed, distance is more and more small, the nuber of the depth is smaller, it behaves the greater influence. On the contrary, the nuber of the depth is bigger.(3) The paper did a principal component analysis to indicator, the maximum depth is the most important factor when we evaluate the efficacy of the scourin the comprehensive model.(4) The maximum depth is used as indicator. Conclusion is the same between intuitive and variance analysis. The relations of primary and secondary between three fattors is:The radius of plate、distance and installation position. Influence degree of the radius is the greatest.
