Wheel track toad is a special type of pavement structure, which is formed by the rigid material with a certain width at the wheel track with high rolling frequency. The characteristic is that the hardening area is small, the environment destruction is few. the maintenance and the repair is easy, the fund investment is little. Because the structure is not complete, it is an open road, so it is suitable to be built in the area with small traffic volume.This paper mainly chooses the rural road in Bayannaoer city of Inner Mongolia as the research object:(1) According to the experimental principle of flexural strength and three-point loading principle of concrete beam specimens were scaled model, flexural strength test, test loading rate by the constant stress controlled with the 0.04MPa/s. The size effects of different sizes of small beam specimens are studied, and the reduction of the flexural ultimate load of the small beam is reduced, and the decrease of the law is linear, and the bending strength increases. Based on the similarity principle, according to the wheel track actual road standard axle load study for trial size change bending test the influence of ultimate load of, wheel track road bends tensile strength design of standard test size, further wheel track road bends tensile strength design criteria.(2)To establish the finite element model of ABAQUS, to determine the parameters of the model and load mode. The influence of the length of wheel track and the plate thickness on the maximum stress of concrete slab was analyzed. The study found that the effect of plate thickness on the maximum principal stress was significant.(3) Existing code for calculating the load fatigue stress considering the main factors is the concrete slab thickness, and through the simulation calculated the load fatigue stress need to consider the panel dimension, there is a significant difference between the two, thus obtained by analysis and calculation, the conversion factor between the two, wheel track plate of fatigue load stress design checking provide theoretical basis. It is found that the plane size of the plate has a great influence on the temperature fatigue stress, the larger the plane size of the plate, and the greater the temperature fatigue stress. The comprehensive fatigue stress is analyzed, combined with the design standard of the bending strength of wheel track, the standard value of flexural tensile strength is selected as 4.7MPa, and the reasonable size combination of wheel track plate is determined by the local traffic condition.
