Study On The Changes And The Construction Of Livable Environment In The Small Industrial And Mining Towns Under The Influence Of The Industry

In the past few decades,China has adopted the extensive development mode,which traded the high consumption of raw materials, energy and other natural resources in exchange for the rapid development of industrialization. Thus a large number of industrial and mining cities,small industrial and mining towns were born in a short term.They have provided a lot of basic energy and raw materials for the rapid development of Chinese economy. However, compared with the large and medium-sized industrial and mining cities, the small industrial and mining towns always lacked the necessary social concern and planning guidelines in the process of rapid development.With adopting the industrial and mining production mode of’valuing mining, despising environment’ in the long term,the living environment problems of the small industrial and mining towns are becoming more and more prominent.By means of the researches on the changes of human living environment and the construction of livable environment in the small industrial and mining towns,the purpose of this thesis is to provide reference resources and suggestions for the construction of the livable environment in the small industrial and mining towns.This thesis adopts the method of combining theory with practice. It is divided into four parts:The first part is the theory researches.Through analyzing the present situation of domestic and foreign researches, it was found that the related researches and theories on the construction of the living environment of the small industrial and mining towns are relatively lacking.In this thesis, the relevant theories of industrial development and livable environment construction are selected as the foundation.The second part is the cases studies section. This part selects many representative types of small industrial towns in domestic and foreign as cases,including the successful development of cities and regions, and declining to "ghost town". Through in-depth analysis and comparison, livable environment construction is the important guarantee for the development of small mining towns, successful industrial transformation can supply power to the livable environment construction.The third part is the empirical research part. First of all, by researching on the processes of the changes and current situation of the living environment in Yangwu town, it analysis the pros and cons in the constructions of the livable environment. Then with some theories and some experience as the foundation,this part puts forward some countermeasures for the constructions of livable environment.The fourth part is the research prospects. On the bases of the above researches, this part raises the new idea of how to construct the livable environment,and discusses how to establish the evaluation index system about the livable environment in the small industrial and mining towns.
