During recent years, a series of city building and enclosure movement centering on the lakeside have been gradually unfolded. Lakeside adjacent to the city has become the spatial carrier where contradictions from all sectors break out in the transformation period. Under the background of urbanization and ecological construction, contradictions of land expropriation in Dianchi lakeside have frequently occurred. The problem of spatial justice has also become more prominent. However, researches on the spatial justice both at home and abroad are mainly concentrated in the aspect of resource allocation. Researches on the justice from the perception of interest subject are quite scare.Adopting the way of remote-sensing image, GIS, questionnaire investigation, SPSS and AMOS, this paper makes a summary targeted at the spatial production characteristics and injustice of Dianchi lakeside. By applying the theory of spatial justice, this paper summarizes the indicator system of spatial justice perception: Combined with the characteristics of Dianchi lakeside, it fatherly sets up the spatial justice perception system of Dianchi lakeside. Targeted at the land expropriation background and ecological construction respectively, this paper makes two groups of comparisons, comparison between aborigines, comparison between aborigine and citizen. It applies SPSS to carry out independent sample T test of mean value. On the basis of constructing spatial justice perception model by AMOS, it makes the group analysis of four subjects and compares the regression coefficient. It summarizes the similarities and differences between aborigine and citizen, further to expose the reasons. The research conclusions are as follows:(1) Characteristics of spatial production of Dianchi lakeside:① Characteristics of land expropriation transform from the rural space to urban and rural type.② Raw lands along the lakeside change into cultivated land, which has huge value-added potential. Injustice of spatial production in Dianchi lakeside is quite prominent. On one hand, aborigines under the background of enclosure movement are rejected; on the other hand, occupation of public resources in lakeside is unfair.(2) Indicator system of spatial justice perception can be tested from three dimensions, respectively are intention justice, process justice and result justice. Moreover, differences of citizens’and aborigines’perception of spatial justice inDianchi lakeside are embodied in two aspects:① There are great differences of the intention justice perception between aborigine and citizen; ② Aborigines more neglect the process justice and result justice than the citizens. Besides, both citizen and aborigine perceive that economic effects are quite unfair.(3) To explore the reasons behind similarities and differences, it is mainly concentrated in three aspects:① Aborigines and citizens are deprived of the use value; ② Justice value of aborigines is dispelled in the society of citizens;③ Participation right of aborigines has been ignored for a long time. From the perspective of citizen perception, this paper judges the spatial justice and extends the new research thought of spatial justice, which offers basis for the unbalanced spatial production benefits of urban lakeside and offers right guidance for the development of fairness and justice.
