The electromechanical actuation system hardware-in-the-loop simulation is based on the electromechanical actuation system, it is a test system for electric cylinder bodies. It can test the performances of electric cylinder bodies more accurately and comprehensively. This test system is developed mutually with a university that is titled with "two eleven" and "nine eighty-five" and is very famous and key in China. When tests the performances of electric cylinder bodies, The test platform will carry out a series of related movements (including straight line movement, sinusoidal movement, single movement, repeated back and forth movement, etc.),and it will acquire, storage and display the related test data real-time in the process of the movement. The professional technical engineers analysis the electric cylinder body qualitatively and quantitati-vely according to the obtained experimental data, then according to the relevant technical indicators to judge whether the electric cylinder body meets the technical requirements and which performance is defective.Because the electric cylinder is controlled simply, convenient to install, easy to debug, easy to maintenance etc, and has been widely used in many fields, so people has higher requirements for the performances of the electric cylinders. The cylinder body is an important component of the electric cylinder, corresponding to the performance requirements are improv-ed greatly. The performance of the cylinder body is fit or unfit that directly influences the perf- ormance of the electric cylinder, so the improvements of the performance of cylinder blocks play a very important role in promoting the development of electric cylinders. Now the ability of research and development of most of the domestic companies that produce electric cylinders is insufficient, the research of electric cylinder body is relatively lacking, they are in the early stages of the production of electric cylinders. A test system for testing the performances of cylinder blocks is lacking in China at present, this text proposes a kind of electromechanical actuation system hardware-in-the-loop simulation test system that is based on the research methods of the test systems for performances of electric cylinders, on the one hand the test system has perfect test projects for electric cylinder bodies, which makes the test more comprehensive. On the other hand, for different test projects it can be tested automatically after completing the setting of corresponding parameters, which enhances automation, avoids the waste of a lot of manpower and material resources and improves the test efficiency of the performance of electric cylinder body.This paper develops a test system that based on the performances and application needs of the tested cylinder bodies. The test system is mainly composed of YanHua industrial personal computer, NI movement board card PXI-7350,, remote controller PCIe-8372, PXIe-8370, slot chassis NI PXIe-1065,interface board UMI-7774, electromechanical actuator that is composed of cylinder block KA300 and Kollmorgen motor AKM73Q, grating displacement sensor, pressure sensor etc. The software of test system is designed by LabVIEW. When test is carried out, at first select corresponding test project, then select the corresponding movement type and set up a series of related parameters. It will acquire the data of grating ruler displacement sensor, pressure sensor real-time in the process of movement, on one hand save the data to the corresponding database, display on the software at the same time. After the test, the technical engineers can query related test data that stored in the database according to the test items and test time, and then the professional technical engineers analysis the electric cylinder body qualitatively and quantitatively according to the obtained experimental data.On the other hand, the data can feedback to the card, controls servo motor movement closed-loop. In the process of movement the system uses conventional PID control algorithm to control the movement of electric cylinders. Compared with other algorithm, the conventional PID controlling algorithm is simple relatively, easy to use, and can guarantee that the test project is finished smoothly. |
