As a kind of clean, efficient and high quality energy, natural gas is widely used, but which is a dangerous gas, because which with the high concentration is easy explosive in the air. At present, natural gas is mostly transported by pipeline. However, due to the long distance transportation, complex transportation environment and other factors, gas leakage of transported pipeline often occurs, and then which results in pipeline breakage and fracture, and produces energy waste and environmental pollution, and even explosion, fire and other accidents, and endangers the life safety of people. The laser detection technology has the advantages of high, fast and non-contact detecting etc., and it has potential applications in the natural gas pipeline leak detection. The natural gas diffusion of pipeline leakage and spectral characteristics of natural gas has certain effect on the laser detection technology, which results a series of problems of the application. Therefore, it is of great application value and academic significance to develop natural gas pipeline leak detection technology by studying natural gas leakage diffusion process and gas spectrum detection.Taking into account the natural gas pipeline leakage process affected by some factors, and laser detection technology limited by the diffusion process and detection conditions, this paper mainly analyzed the effects of overhead and underground natural gas pipeline leakage and diffusion on the spectral detection. Firstly, we determined the simulation model and analysis of the different conditions influence on leakage process, then calculated and analyzed the influencing factors of natural gas spectrum detection. Lastly we studied the natural gas diffusion spectrum detection from the point of view of theory and experiment by building a set of natural gas leakage detection experimental platform. It provides theoretical support for the future development of laser detection of gas diffusion and pipeline leakage testing. This article mainly carries on the following several aspects of work.1. By analyzing the characteristics of natural gas pipeline leakage, combined with the principle of laser detection technology, the relationship between gas diffusion characteristics and spectral characteristics in the process of gas pipeline leakage was discussed.2. A gas diffusion model of overhead pipeline leakage was established, and the diffusion characteristics of natural gas in the air and the influence of the measurement of the spectral characteristics of natural gas were investigated. The influence law of height detection, detection time, leakage hole size, leak location, pipeline pressure and wind speed on detection of natural gas diffusion spectroscopy was analyzed.3. A gas diffusion model of buried pipeline leakage was established, and the diffusion characteristics of natural gas in the soil and the influence of the ground measurement of the spectral characteristics of natural gas were investigated. The influence law of height detection, leakage hole size and wind speed on detection of natural gas diffusion spectroscopy was analyzed.4. The natural gas leak detection test bench, measure the characteristics of natural gas diffusion process build, and the influence of the detection distance on the gas diffusion process analyzed.Based on the study of this paper, the influence of different factors on the laser detection of overhead and buried gas pipeline leakage was obtained, which provides a reference for the development of the natural gas pipeline leak detection technology.
