This paper studies an instrument which is capable for the measurement of scanning electrochemical signal and fluorescent signal simultaneously. It consists of an Inverted fluorescence microscope, scanning electrochemical microscope, AUTOLAB and microinjection system. Research on a new method of making UMEs detailed description of the production process and every step of the difficulties that may be encountered and solutions. In particular, a detailed discussion of the use of laser enhanced observation technology, tension based edge identification method and impedance based edge identification method. The principle of impedance measurement were discussed in detail and a low-cost high-precision automation etching equipment were built up to give solutions for the identification of interface. We designed a simple electrochemical measurement modules, only three operational amplifiers used, that can be used for determination of leukemia’s types. The core components potentiostat and I-V converter module are also used in the aforementioned automated etching equipment. We also explored the use of gold nanomaterials and platinum star to decorate electrode, including glassy carbon electrodes and carbon fiber micro-nano electrodes, for the detection of hydrogen peroxide changes of multi-cell and single cell.
