With the development of computer technology, modern control theory and microelectronics technology, digital vector control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor has been rapid development in industrial and agricultural production, national defense and aerospace and other fields has been widely used. However, due to pulse width modulation method used in vector control, and the effects of non-ideal permanent magnet synchronous motor structure itself of the power device switching characteristics and other reasons, so that the permanent magnet synchronous motor output current in the presence of high harmonics, resulting in output revolutions low-speed torque ripple performance, the impact of the system, reduce the control accuracy of the system. To solve these problems, the paper PMSM software processing method of the stator current harmonics expand research to improve low-speed performance of the system and to improve the control accuracy of the system, to improve our AC servo control technology is important. The main contents of the article are as follows:Based on the analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor operating principle, derived mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor in the two-phase rotating coordinate system; analysis of the causes of permanent magnet synchronous motor stator current harmonics in time and space and its harmonics on the motor output torque, analysis derived mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor output current harmonics, obtained a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor phase currents in the higher harmonic components in the coordinate system is converted to 6 times and its more high harmonics, formed six times in the output torque of the motor, and 12 times higher torque is pulsating and above.According to the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor output current harmonics proposed adaptive direct type FIR filter stator current filtering processing, deriving directly and adaptive design type d - q-axis current FIR filter algorithm, the realization of the permanent magnet filtering the output current synchronous motor. On the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation platform to build a permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system simulation model, the current feedback channel adaptive filtering algorithm module is added, through the principle of current and torque output waveform analysis to verify the adaptive filtering algorithm effectiveness.Models with TMS320F2812 DSP as the main chip, the choice of the power MOSFET structure Infineon’s main circuit, made hardware and software design for permanent magnet synchronous motor control system, and focus on adaptive direct type FIR filter algorithms are implemented in software. Based on the design of the hardware platform, the experiment on the effect of adaptive filtering algorithms to verify the validity of the experimental results show that the adaptive filtering algorithm can be filtered stator current high harmonics and reduce motor output torque pulsation, improve low-speed performance of the system, improve the control accuracy.
