| With the improvement of living standards, people pay more attention to food safety. People care about whether fruits and vegetables contain pesticide residues on the surface, whether agriculture products such as rice contain heavy metals, and whether food contain additives. It needs an instrument which is cheap and convient to carry off on these occasions. Material spectral analysis is one of the uses of infrared spectrometer which can meet the demand of rapid measurement. But the infrared spectrometer on the market can’t be widely applied to ordinary families because of large volume and high price.The research work is supported by a project of institute. The research is focused on the improvement of volume and price. The main work is described as follows:1. Access to a large number of domestic and foreign literature about infrared spectrometer, the research status, development trends and the application on food testing of infrared spectrometer is acquainted. And the working spectral range of infrared spectrometer is determined.2. The structure of interferometer is selected according to the requirements of the spectrometer miniaturization designed on the basis of understanding the working principle of infrared spectrometer. The method of interferometric data acquisition which is controlled by grating signal is proposed by infrared interference signals which need equal optical path difference sampling. And the mechanical structure design of the infrared spectrometer such as drive system, optical adjustment, interference signal control system and shell and bottom board, is completed.3. Experiment system of infrared spectrometer is constructed and the scheme how to adjust optical path is researched. The spectrum of laser source and surface of fruits are acquired. |
