Stiffened plate structure have the characteristics of light weight, high strength.It can improve the stability of the whole structure and save material.Therefore, stiffened plate structure is widely used in automotive, aerospace and other fields, such as:hull and aircraft wing surface structure.However, most of these structures is prone to vibration and its vibration maybe affect the service life of the structure under external force.Therefore, it is particularly important that vibrational control of the stiffened plate structure.At present, some problems of vibrational analysis of the stiffened plate structure have been solved but it still existing questions. This article mainly includes that mathematical model of the stiffened plate structure is established,the equivalent sliding mode control algorithm and the improved equivalent sliding control algorithm.The main work and innovative of the paper results are as follows:First,analysis of unconstrained plate and plate with four edges fixed based on the mathematical method. Their analysis result compared with ANSYS analysis result shows that the software analysis result and calculated result is very good fit. Finally, Reilly-Ritz method in mathematical method is used to solve the inherent frequency of stiffened plates with four edges fixed. With ANSYS and the experimental method of comparison shows that result of mathematical model method is very fit with the result of ANSYS and the experimental method for natural frequency of stiffened plate.Therefore, the method can be as a new analysis approach that using researches of the stiffened plate.The equivalent sliding mode control algorithm is introduced active vibration control of piezoelectric stiffened plate structure.It consists of the equivalent control item and the sliding switch control item.Simulation and experimental results show that the algorithm has good inhibition effect to vibration of the stiffened plate.The improved equivalent sliding mode control algorithm is designed,it is based on the rule of equivalent sliding mode control algorithm and the principle of mechanical vibration theory.It is composed of equivalent control item, switch control item and approach item. By the simulation and experimental results are found, the way is better to suppress the vibration of the stiffened plate.
