With the continuous improvement of socieety, The large number emergence of novel forms and complex structures makes curtain wall structure more and more flexible. Wind-induced vibration has become more and more obvious, and the glass curtain wall is badly damaged accidentally, which causes unpredictable harm to property and safety of people. Therefore, it has great theoretical and practical significance to explore and do research on the wind resistance performance of glass curtain wall.The form of support system for point supported glass curtain wall is complicated.The analysis method of the wind vibration reliability is different from the traditional method. The improved firefly algorithm is applied to solve the reliability of curtain wall structure, based on the development and research status of the glass curtain wall,finding a novel method and idea for structural reliability analysis and solution.The main works are as follows:(1)The basic theory and principle of the point mode steel pulling cable glass curtain wall are introduced. The classification and calculation of the control of the application of pre stress and the loss of prestress are described. Then through the analysis of the structure of this kind of glass curtain wall, the structure reliability analysis is carried out.(2)Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional reliability calculation method in the process of solving problems, first of all, basic firefly algorithm is introduced and improved, to realize the adaptive adjustment of firefly algorithm, make the algorithm initial solution distribution more discrete and improve global search capability when trapped by local optimizations in optimization process. Then, each parameter is set,and the feasibility and superiority of the improved firefly algorithm are verified by the typical TSP problem.(3)In the process of modeling the wind vibration reliability of point supported glass curtain wall, the characteristics of natural wind are analyzed firstly, and the effect of wind load on the supporting structure of glass curtain wall is analyzed.Secondly, the point mode steel pulling cable glass curtain wall structure system is simplified, the equivalent model of wind vibration analysis is established. Then thecalculation formula of the response of the curtain wall supporting system under the action of fluctuating wind is derived, and the calculation formula of the wind vibration coefficient is simplified and obtained.(4)The structural reliability index of the wind vibration of the glass curtain wall is solved with the firefly algorithm, and reliability is analyzed. The above method is applied to calculate the wind vibration reliability of a steel cable point supported glass curtain wall. The validity and superiority of the method are verified.The improved firefly algorithm is applied to calculate the reliability index of the point mode steel pulling cable glass curtain wall, and good results have been obtained.This new idea has great help to improve the research level of the reliability analysis of the supporting structure of the glass curtain wall in our country.
