Board structure for its light weight, easy processing and other characteristics, is widely used in automobiles, ships, aerospace and other machinery sectors. Sheet a common basic structural unit, is widely used in various industries covering both military and civilian areas. For example, in aerospace engineering, rocket tail and solar panels use board structure. Also, a variety of large machines, like cranes and other handling equipment, comprises of sheet mostly. In the automotive industry, they also find a wide range of applications in the sound of cars, engine body, etc.However, low rigidity and large deflections restrict the use of the sheet. Now two ways are mainly used to solve the problems: 1. increase in thickness of the sheet; 2 The stiffened plate reinforcement to increase rigidity. As to the firs way, it will increase the weight of the structure itself. Taking into account weight and economy, it is not applicable. As to the second method, relatively speaking, it is more scientific and more reasonable since it is possible to process reinforcement by calculating the structure of the board. So most people use the second method.The major contents of the present paper are:1. Following a brief introduction about the basics of elasticity is the derivation of the basic theory of the sheet. It thus leads to Mindlin theory, and on that basis the paper works on the based on the The relationship between the stress and strain of the plate。Also, the paper also expounds based on the Mindlin plate theory of strain displacement relationships. Finally, the paper offers a brief analysis of the modal analysis theory, laying a solid foundation for the analysis below.2. This part mainly conducts On a flat plate, ribbed plate, rectangular plate, trapezoidal plate, triangle five plate structure finite element analysisto select the optimal board structure by observing their natural frequency by comparison. Next, this part compares the influence on their natural frequency through Ribbed way.3. This part elaborates on the basic theory of acoustic radiation field, including two aspects:(1) acoustic base of vibration sound radiation;(2) The discrete form of boundary integral equation.4. This part explains the effects on acoustic radiation of different parameters in the board structure.5. The part explores how to optimize the board structure using TOSCA.6. Applied to the oil sump.
