Penetration overload test has a greatly important significance for improving the bullet structure, the protection of fuse and the study of penetration process. With the development of weapons, the velocity of penetration hitting target is becoming faster and the volume of bullet leaving the test module is smaller,the tester was broken and invalid in the test, so we need to take effective measures to protect it. In order to protect the tester, in addition to the selection of high-strength shell and high-performance cushioning materials, we need to reduce the volume and weight of it as a breakthrough, which reduces the impact kinetic energy forester in the test. Further miniaturization of the device can be adapted to more kinds of bullet testing requirements. The article expands the study for crash overload test technology based on micro penetration tester in this backdrop. The main research content of this thesis is from four following aspects:(1)Through mechanical analysis on bullet penetrating into concrete targets and ANSYS/LS-DYNA software simulation and analysis on characteristics of penetration process acceleration signal of measured data, the test system design principles and miniaturization program were put forward.(2)For the purpose of reducing the volume of the test, appropriate chips are selected to test the reliability and precision based on the further study of each module of the test system.In order to avoid slot lead of bullet for powering on, the way of powering on was put forward by using micro impact switch in the bore of the barrel during acceleration phrase so that we can achieve powering on tester in shooting range.(3)In order to protect the tester, the cushioning properties of aluminum foam and thin-walled aluminum foam were studied and verified through the air cannon experiment.To study the significance of reducing the volume and weight, the cushioning effect of different mass was got through ANSYS/LS-DYNA software simulation, in the preconditionof the same buffer equipment and acceleration input.(4)In the live-fire range test, date was measured and the measured results were obtained by removing zero shift filtering process for the date, and the reliability and precision of the test system were verified by comparing the velocity of acceleration integral with the velocity of velocity measurement.
