| Zinc oxide varistors for excellent nonlinear volt-current properties and surge current adoption capacity, it have been rapidly developed and widely used in the fields of electronics and electrical the zinc oxide varistor of metal electrode is an important part of its, is one of the key factors affecting its electrical functionality. Aiming to the zinc oxide varistor electrode preparation technology existing of high energy consumption, a large amount of precious metals and other issues, this paper proposed zinc oxide varistor base metal electrode preparation technology based on print full electronic technology. In which, with digital inkjet printing technology, we printed the ink to the surface of processed printing zinc oxide voltage-sensitive ceramic substrate,preformed the electrode micro pattern. Then we can prepare base metal copper electrode by chemical deposition method. The main research work were as follows:In this paper, discussing the impact mechanism of electrode copper layer diffusion,researching the technology control measures of electrode pattern, We proposed raising the temperature of the zinc oxide voltage-sensitive ceramic substrate and optimized the viscosity and surface tension of solution type functional inks, which solved the problem of the diffusion electrode copper layer, achieved a high precision patterning of zinc oxide varistors electrode. The results show that: when the heating zinc oxide voltage-sensitive ceramic substrate of temperature is 80℃, processing time is 40 min,and the viscosity and surface tension of solution type functional inks were 2.4~2.8mPa·s and 36.4~39.4 mN/m, which could effectively restrain electrode copper layer diffusion.Research on the high quality of electroless copper layer deposition technology realization means. Optimize the pretreatment technology of zinc oxide voltage-sensitive ceramic substrate, discusse the influencing disciplinarian of the printing distance,printing ink quantity, chemical deposition temperature, chemical deposition time technological conditions for sedimentary copper layer microstructure and organizational structure. Which, the optimization preparation technology of zinc oxide varistor electrode: the alkaline degreasing is 20 min, the printing distance is 2 mm, the printing ink quantity is 85%, the deposition temperature is 45℃, the deposition time is 40 min.Under this condition, we could obtain zinc oxide varistor electrodes which uniformcompact and excellent adhesion.In order to the optimization of solution type functional inks for the printing ink,taking the optimization preparation process to prepare the zinc oxide varistor electrode samples, testing and analysising its performance.such as composition, morphology,structure, the basic electrical properties, weldability, package performance and lightning-resistant performance. Its varistor voltage range is 530 ~ 560 V, the leakage current of about 10 μA, the nonlinear coefficient more than 72, weldability and packaging excellent, discharge current capacity up to 20 kA. |
