| After the implementation of reform and opening up policy, our country social economy have had a rapid development. Along with the increasing market demand for railway transportation, railway construction system also got an unprecedented rapid development. In the rapid development of railway transportation, the transportation security has always been the life blood of the railway work. Especially in the recent more than ten years, the rapid development of high speed railway in China even all over the world, a lot of new technology and equipment put into use, it is to be given enough attention that country put forward higher requirements on railway vehicle safety running. By strengthening security risk management, enhancing the vehicle security measures and developing of vehicle safety monitoring system, eventually improve the ability of the safe operation of the railway vehicle.The emergence of modern information technology and data fusion algorithm, offered a theoretical foundation for the implementation of the monitoring system on railway vehicle safety. By deeply analyzing the characteristic of railway vehicle operation parameters, it is put forward that a kind of information fusion algorithm based on multiple parameters, and its calculate results in the service of vehicle safety monitoring system. Through this way, on the one hand, it can be improved that the accuracy, availability and stability of the single parameter test results; on the other hand, it is helpful to improve the ability of vehicle safe operation. This article main research content and innovation are as follows:(1) It is existence that the information of a single point have misstatement and false positives for safety monitor system of railway vehicle. Because of this, the accuracy of the railway vehicle monitoring system is decreased, and it is be affected that the object decision making based on single point information. This paper put forward a multi-source information fusion method, which is applied to monitor and control system to improve the accuracy of alarm decision.(2) Making full advantage of the existing detection device, the regional detection sensor network is constructed. The monitoring signal was transmitted to the vehicle safety monitoring public service platform through wired and wireless network for the detecting information sharing. It is very convenient to get the real-time vehicle safety information from the public service platform for the staff members worked on each post. By this the normal operation safety of vehicle is ensured, and the level of comprehensive application of the system is raised.(3) Taking the railway vehicle typical fault as example, using the information fusion technology to deal with the failure signal. This method specifically applied in TPDS of railway vehicle safety to tread damage monitoring. Combined the 5T detection information fusion processing scheme, vehicle thermal shaft fault is accurately diagnosed from comprehensive report. It proves the accuracy of the infrared hot box alarm.(4) Based on the fusion algorithm for freight car wheel tread damage prediction and detection equipment quality evaluation result, the locomotive vehicle maintenance resource allocation is adjusted, and the multiple levels railway vehicle safety monitoring system information fusion application mode is improved. It laid a foundation for coordination and cooperation between different department. |
