Abstract/Summary:
With the development of tunnel engineering, increasingly expanded excavation section and embedded depth, and complex geological conditions, the stability of tunnel surrounding rock has been demanded much more. To predict accurately the area of excavation disturbed zone has significant influence on the stability of surrounding rock, tunnel engineering security and its economy. Based on the tunnel project in Cheng-Gui railway line, this thesis analyzes on the excavation disturbed zone in deep soft-rock tunnel, both by theoretical analysis and by numerical simulation method. This thesis comes up with the stress path point safety factor computing method, discusses the application range of this method, sets up the script program that applies to ABAQUS, and then proposes the evaluation method for tunnel excavation disturbed zone. Since the results of the traditional elastic-plastic analysis for excavation disturbed zone have verified the data, the method proposed in this thesis is reasonable. This thesis has drawn the conclusion that it is suitable to take bench method for high slope tunnel, by analyzing excavation method and by considering transformation, the area of excavation disturbed zone and the convenience for construction. The thesis takes three-dimensional numerical analysis on construction mechanics for workpoint in high-slope tunnel, and studies the three-dimensional effects on the excavation disturbed zone by using the method proposed in this thesis.
