Characteristic analysis of concrete material from microstructure level has become a hot focus recently. Based on concrete microstructure mechanics, concrete is regarded as the triphase nonhomogeneous mixture of coarse aggregate, concrete sand slurry and the interface between two former stuffs. Through build an appropriate concrete microstructure model and an eminent numerical calculation method, authentic presupposition and guarantee for concrete material study can been obtained.Particle distribution and aggregate shape in concrete have a direct influence on its macro mechanics characteristics. An appropriate random aggregate model is the foundation and prerequisite for numerical simulation analysis in concrete micro mechanics. For the sake of building a model of random walk of aggregate and visualization of this process, following works have been done in this study:(1) Illustrating and summarizing different method on algorithm of random aggregate generation, random aggregate generation and aggregate packing process, which is the two main components in contributing model, have been compared from pros and cons, the validity,efficiency, expenses and other different content are especially compared. Excellent ideology and theory in diversity method have been derived to build a favorable foundation for further work.(2) Based on the introduction of fundamental theory in Monte Carlo method, MATLAB software is used to create parameter which represented random variables and random process needed in model. A new random convex polyhedron aggregate production method—sphere section method, is proposed. On account of aggregate gradation and concrete specification and criterion, specific standard corresponding various particle diameter aggregate content conform to certain aggregate gradate requirement in model is obtained.(3) Based on random walk theory, an optimized intelligent walk process is proposed,through calculating and updating variable parameter in pseudo random process, approximate simulation of aggregate migration during concrete pouring process by random walk calculation is improved, stocking rate and success rate is enhanced, stocking procedure is simplified.(4) Visualization of three dimensional random convex aggregate models in generation process is realized by commercial programming software, man-machine interaction interface is improved and completed, random aggregate generation model software is obtained separating MATLAB condition.
