Recent years, with the construction of deep tunnel which have big depth, hole length, complex geological conditions, steep terrain, disaster-prone,and the implication of TBM in the tunnel which have mechanization, automation, efficient. The construction safety, staff safety and equipment safety have been more and more attention. But the equipment which can carry on the TBM to detect unfavorable geology are handful, only GD Germany company developed BEAM system.Then developed the equipment which can predict the geology and able to carry on the TBM are imminent,and then induced polarization existing instruments can not meet the needs of multiple sex probe excitation source polarization. Hence the urgent needs of the development of advanced detection instruments can be mounted on the tunnel boring machine was ahead of forecasts induced polarization direction of the hot frontier and major national projects. For these requirements, in view of the tunnel boring machine complex mechanical structure and special construction environment, proposed to automate, fast, high-precision as the basic requirements of the TBM Airborne induced polarization geological prediction instrument, the main contents are as follows: 1) Setting and detecting electrode induced polarization method based on the needs of multi-source array homosexual, developed multiple controllable current source to achieve while the annular electrode power supply into the same current, developed pole converter box and multi-channel parallel acquisition card, the multi-channel constant current output with simultaneous acquisition multiple voltage signal, to achieve power supply electrodes and measuring electrodes automatically switch the "running pole." 2) Wavelet transform based on the "time-frequency" characteristics and wavelet thresholding method, by improving the threshold function to avoid the traditional threshold method defects, it can effectively signal denoising, while designed for 8-order Butterworth low pass filter to remove high-frequency noise in the hardware circuit noise and complexity of proposed denoising method combining software and hardware to achieve the effective extraction of the useful signal with high accuracy.3) Water and gas for TBM tunnel construction in heavy dust, shock and strong harsh conditions, based on the TBM complex mechanical structure and construction environment of the TBM equipped induced polarization Advance Prediction System Airborne design. Design of the constant temperature and humidity controlled three anti cabinet; in order to achieve the main control room and the tunnel face, surrounding rocks on the electrode signal transmission and reception, designed convenient onboard cable; for TBM cutter is a closed metal body designed layout electrode propulsion systems for electrodes. And mounted on the outcome of TBM China’s first independent intellectual property rights, "Kut number" TBM, and it can guarantee safe and efficient driving.
