Stop wagon retarder is one of the important speed regulating equipment in the marshalling station of the railway transport system, which is applied to the rear end of the marshalling station, the purpose is anti slip braking and anti slip for trains. Although stop wagon retarder has been used for more than 30 years, but its detection technology is still in the indoor test and test line detection, detection efficiency is not high, at present there is no practical stop wagon retarder field detection device. Therefore, research a simple-structure stop wagon retarder on-the-spot detection device, can quantify the performance parameters of each stop wagon retarder in the marshalling station, while has a certain degree of automation, and reduce the labor intensity of the staff at the marshalling station.This article compares with the existing detection methods, selected the indicator diagram method as the detection method of field detection, and then completed the design scheme of loading mechanism. The scheme design of the loading mechanism is completed on the basis of the indicator diagram method. Parameter matching and safety check are carried out for gear, shaft and spring of the key parts. Use SolidWorks to construct a stop wagon retarder on-the-spot detection device of three-dimensional model, while using the SolidWorks simulation module, analysis the frame and hook with the finite element analysis, to meet the performance requirements of the equipment lightweight.In order to save the research and development cycle, improve the work efficiency, and make the controller of the stop wagon retarder detection device and the prototype design, the semi physical simulation design method is introduced. Therefore analysed the mechanical structure and working principle of the stop wagon retarder. The mathematical model of oil and gas in the normal stop wagon retarder is established, which can calculate the vertical reaction force based on vertical moving distance of the stop wagon retarder sliding cylinder. According to the measured data of the failure of the stop wagon retarder, the sliding cylinder vertical moving distance and the vertical reaction force curve of the failure of the stop wagon retarder are fitted out. Based on MCU development board, use Lab VIEW to establish a controller semi physical simulation platform. According to the mathematical model of stop wagon retarder, generate the dynamic call mathematical model VI in Lab VIEW. Finally through the Keil programming environment using C++ to prepare a simple set program of stop wagon retarder testing for the semi physical simulation platform for verifing the practicality of the semi physical simulation platform. The semi physical simulation platform of the controller can call the mathematical model of stop wagon retarder, simulating the sliding cylinder vertical moving distance and the vertical reaction force when stop wagon retarder detection equipment loading with the real stop wagon retarder. According to the data generated by the simulation to test and improve the real detection program of the stop wagon retarder detection equipment controller, to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of design in mechanical and electrical products research with semi physical simulation design method.In this paper, the design of the device structure is studied, and the experimental system of the semi physical simulation platform is established. It is a useful exploration of the electromechanical product design model, and it can promote the research and development capability.
