Under the action of external load, the settlement of soft soil subgrade is large and the duration is long. In the soft soil subgrade on the high grade highway, there is a very large potential after the settlement, the traffic caused great harm. The post construction settlement of the soft soil subgrade is more serious, and the harm to the transportation is more serious. Therefore it is necessary to carry on the effective treatment to this kind of soft soil roadbed, and in the process before processing, it is necessary to calculate and forecast the settlement more accurately. The treatment of soft soil subgrade silt, the most economical and efficient for pressure filling stones. But the scheme in the actual engineering used less, nor the pressure of filled rubble treatment of soft soil roadbed settlement, experimental research. There are many factors that affect the settlement of soft soil subgrade, and various factors are constantly changing, and the nature of soft soil is more complex, so it is difficult to determine its parameters. So accurate calculation and prediction of settlement is always a hot and difficult point in the research of subgrade engineering. And for the earth rock mixture after filling, the determination of the parameters is more difficult. Thus, research and established pressure fill rubble of soft soil embankment settlement calculation and forecast method, has important theoretical and practical significance to the rapid development of highway construction.This paper firstly introduces the processing and settlement calculation methods of the conventional soft soil subgrade at home and abroad, and points out the limitations of the conventional treatment and calculation methods. The analysis method of economic pressure filling stones and fast, calculation method and finite element simulation of piezoelectric composite subgrade filling stones. The rationality of the calculation method is verified by an example. This paper to Chongqing Liang Highway 6 standard K66+080-K66+321 segment, "large area shallow layer soft foundation strengthening" Research on key technology of test section as the research background, combined with field survey, to pressure fill rubble treatment of soft soil subgrade for the indoor simulation experiment, research analysis of the filling and compaction process of the road foundation ultimate bearing capacity, deformation modulus and subgrade settlement changes. Based on the indoor model test, make on-site inspection scheme, using JMZX-7000 comprehensive test instrument, leveling instrument, static leveling instrument, earth pressure boxes and other test equipment, monitoring and analysis of the field settlement, lateral displacement and soil pressure and pore water pressure.The final settlement of the subgrade is usually calculated according to the field measured settlement process line. Due to limitations of site conditions and natural conditions, only through the research on the site cannot be determined pressure fill embankment with riprap subgrade settlement rules. In this paper, the finite element analysis software is used to simulate, calculate and draw the vertical settlement, and then compared with the monitoring settlement curve. Through the study to show that the numerical simulation of subsidence curve and the measured settlement curve shape is very similar, maximum settlement is very close to the amount. Meanwhile, it further showed that after pressure fill rubble after the treatment of roadbed, the settlement has been under effective control and structural strengthened. And by calculating the field beyond the reach of the embankment filling height of subgrade settlement, by summing the predicted pressure fill rubble of soft soil roadbed settlement with embankment fill height variation rules and best live embankment filling height, and through the stability analysis to determine the reliability of the prediction results. The numerical simulation method can be used in different regions and different soil thickness, and the applicability of this model is very wide.
