In recent years, concern about the world from the comfort of indoor environmental quality and public health requirements to enhance the health and safety category, which controls the object from the physical and chemical contamination also extended to biological pollution. Harmful microorganisms and their metabolites will multiply and accumulate rapidly because of the periodic heat and humidity characteristics of microenvironment around the air conditioning system and unsteady state coherence properties of interior air state under the typical intermittent operation mode in the central air conditioning of public buildings, it will induce microbial secondary pollution, and this has worldwide attention.This paper selects the typical station in Guangdong Province, to explore a typical cities heat and humidity fluctuation of meteorological factors(relative humidity, dry bulb temperature), analysis of the typical cities in Guangdong heat and humidity environment variation characteristics;Based on year-round heat and humidity climate characteristics in Guangdong and thermal environment changes characteristic of intermittent air conditioning running, designed intermittent air conditioning system dynamic simulation test of thermal environment, and build a test bench;Selected typical microorganism( Bacillus cereus.Frankland, Micrococcus luteus, Penicillium citrinum, Aspergillus niger) and experimental factors(pre-cooling(heat) time, pre-cooling(heat) temperature, pre-cooling(heat) relative humidity) and level, and orthogonal experiment in building test bench,and explored heat and humidity inactivation characteristics of typical microorganism in pre-cooling(heat) stage of the intermittent air conditioning syste ms during the month of June to August. Given public buildings a return air formula intermittent air conditioning system antibacterial run setting of pre-cooling(heat) temperature, relative humidity, time and other parameters: 70℃, 30%, 50 min, and energy-saving operation setting: 21℃, 65%, 25min;Air enthalpy difference method is used to analysis the public buildings intermittent air conditioning system to choose optimal operation modes : provide a typical cities(Guangzhou, Yangjiang, Shantou, Shaoguan) public buildings a return air formula intermittent air conditioning system the hottest month 12 o ’clock at noon between indoor and outdoor air enthalpy difference daily trend chart, the coldest month 8 o ’clock in the morning between indoor and outdoor air enthalpy difference daily trend chart, and the summer solstice indoor and outdoor enthalpy difference hourly variation trend chart, three kinds of energy-saving operation reference chart. According to the actual situation of public buildings, under the condition of guarantee public buildings interior cleanliness,with reference to chart select three trends in small enthalpy difference of time pre-cooling(heat), can achieve the purpose of energy-saving operation,according to the relevant hygiene standards and regulations,when public buildings intermittent air conditioning system detects excessive harmful microbes, according to the actual situation of public buildings, with reference to chart select three trends in small enthalpy difference of time, the pre-cooling(heat) of temperature, relative humidity, time and other parameters adjusted to antimicrobial run the set value, the operation of the antibacterial mode can not only achieve the purpose of inhibiting bacteria, but also ca n reduce the energy consumption, this intermittent air conditioning system to choose optimal operation modes can be used in public buildings and food production enterprises air conditioning systems energy-saving operation and artificial environment initial microbial control.The research results will provide theoretical basis and technical reference for guiding public buildings intermittent air conditioning systems energy-saving operation, controlling secondary pollution, and guarantying indoor environmental quality, and provide a theoretical basis for the artificial environment of food production enterprises initial microbial control.
