| This article mainly utilizes ways of literature reviewing and field survey, has probed into the leisure agriculture planning and research which takes Xindadi Oil Camellia Base in Guangdong Meizhou as an example with relevant theoretical knowledge.The concrete research content is as follows:According to the literature review,understand the emergence and development of the concept of leisure agriculture, the classification and development research of domestic and international situation.According to the field investigating in four suburban leisure agricultural parks in Guangzhou and Shenzhen,has analyzed aspects,such as park development survey, planning and layout, landscape effect and setting up the project activity and the cultural theme application.The survey found that the sustainable development of leisure agriculture depends on the agricultural production activity, and leisure agricultural parks which based on the industry are so of vitality that its traffic floating won’t affect the economic development zone? And the leisure agricultural parks give priority to producing agricultural landscape, which its park economic development are greatly influenced by the traffic. Therefore, the development and construction of leisure agricultural parks should be based on a certain industry, make good use of agricultural landscape in the process of agricultural production, organize leisure agricultural tourism activities in promoting the development of the park economy and at the same time avoid influences hindered by other factors to the park’s sustainable development.The investigation and analysis have shown that Oil Camellia industry in the park is in such a normal situation that owns a number of available agricultural landscape resources and space for development and utilization ?Meanwhile, Oil Camellia industry in policy is gaining important attention by local government and protected in industry development. As a result, the park has the basic conditions of developing leisure agriculture and it is suitable for developing leisure agricultural tourism activities so as to promote the development of camellia industry and economic development zone.On the analysis of current problems of the leisure agriculture development, mainly focus on landscape renovation, road planning, water planning and service facilities and so on, propose to the Oil Camellia theme of the leisure agriculture planning theory for enriching the park project activities,provides theoretical basis for the sustainable development of the park and reference for other park planning of the same type. |
