The Central Heating System Heat Supply Network Flow Control And Optimization Research

The paper produces a detailed analysis on the whole structure of heating system. The control of heating network flow of central heating system directly decides the indoor temperature of each user’s house. But only reasonable prediction and optimization can improve the heat-supply efficiency in the heating process. Based on real circumstances, the paper designs a reasonable approach of control and optimization.High or low outdoor temperature determines when to have a control over heating network flow When ambient temperature changes,from high temperature to low temperature due to users increased demand for heat,controllers are needed to properly regulate temperature and increase heat supply in order to ensure the balance of users demand for heat. When low temperature shifts to high temperature controllers are needed to properly regulate temperature and decrease heat supply in order to avoid unnecessary waste of energy.When controllers began to regulate temperature after they found unbalance of supply and demand of heating network flow,owing to the characteristics o-f system itself, such as hysteresis, non-linear, time variation and so on, mostly, they have missed the best time to regulate temperature. In order to make every regulation take place at optimal time, the paper propose to have an overall control over central heating system by analyzing the shortcomings of heating system in the heating process,finding the feasibility and necessity of the heating network flow of heating system and using PID control algorithm according to the property of heating system. By comparing application in each field with PID control algorithm,finally fuzzy PID control algorithm to control.Based on the thought of control mentioned in this paper and actual condition of heating system of city,analyzing the data collected on the site and through fuzzy PID control,heating network flow of central heating system can be controlled well.
