Aiming at the shortage of the existing DC servo motor control system, in order to develop a small volume, low cost, high precision, good stability of DC servo motor control system, the control system hardware structure, software system, control algorithm and so on were researched.The main research contents including:Firstly, based on analysis of need analysis for the servo motor control system, the designs of DC servo motor control system were completed, including:design of hardware, design of software and design of PC controller software. And produced a prototype experiment. The characteristics of the experimental prototype is of small size, big power.Second, the model free adaptive control algorithm was applied to the motor speed control, and proposes a model free adaptive control algorithm was applied to the improved motor position control. Through the experimental and the research of MATLAB simulation, the actual effect of the motor speed and position control with the model free adaptive control algorithm and improved model free adaptive control algorithm were verified.Third, the performance of the prototype is verified by comparing with the existing DC servo motor controller. In addition, the experiment of multi angle observation system is used to verify the control effect of the prototype in the actual project and the reliability and stability of the control system. |
