The key point to promote fabricated construction and residence industrialization is modulization. At present, Chinese modem light wood frame house is short of modular components and construction module, which lead to a much lower standardization and fabrication degree compared with abroad technology. Therefore, this study established modular components, standard parameters, construction module and standardized system of modern light wood frame house, in order to promoting the change of industry from extensive to intensive. By means of literature consulting, enterprise investigation, database and drawing design, the following conclusions were drawn.(1) This study classified the main structural components of modern light wood frame house, and then established modular wall and floor components and their standard parameters, to complete the database; for roof, a design method was drawn, which was "the width of house was be determined by ideal length of roof, and then the size of house, size of truss and number of OSB were all confirmed".(2) This study established horizontal (610x446/610mm) and vertical (610×376/714/1220 mm) construction module, which could be applied in Chinese modem light wood frame house.(3) Based on horizontal construction module, modular rooms were established. Database and referential configuration of modular rooms were both achieved, which were helpful for designer.(4) By theoretical calculation and model manufacture of a single-storey modem light wood frame house, the feasibility of this system is verified. |
