Power quality is the key to whether the normal operation of the power system, It have access to a large number of power electronics in the micro-grid, these elements will affect the quality of the micro-grid power, which determines whether the normal operation of the micro-grid. This article relies on the 110KW PV micro-grid project of Anhui Polytechnic University, designed power quality data collection, analysis and system protection switch modules based on TI’s TMS320F2812, to guarantee power quality in the micro-grid.Firstly, briefly introduce the background and trends of the micro-grid power quality data collection and research, then analyzes the necessity of micro-grid power quality data collected,for the current situation and the domestic power quality data acquisition device presents a suitable micro-grid power quality data acquisition system model analysis, and on this basis put forward by the on-off control of the inverter to respond to unexpected situations that may occur in the micro-grid. This paper briefly describes the power and quality of national standards and to learn these standard discrete calculation method and FFT algorithm for harmonic process and prepare a corresponding program.
