Qingdao-Taiyuan High-speed Railway is an important part of Coal South Channel.Qingdao-Taiyuan High-speed Railway is a horizontal in China Passenger Dedicated Line "four vertical and four horizontal"strategy.Shijiazhuang-Jinan Passenger Dedicated Line is an important part in Qingdao-Taiyuan High-speed Railway. Among them, Ji’nan Yellow River railway bridge is the key project of Ji’nan section of Shijiazhuang-Jinan Passenger Dedicated Line.Ji’nan Yellow River railway bridge which is (128+3×180+128)m is the first rigid suspension cable stiffening continuous steel truss beam structure in highway and railway bridges in China.The bridge design and make use of steel rod anchored joint in the first time,which is a integral node connecting rigid suspension cable and its rod. The integral joint has the advantages of convenient construction, good mechanical performance and so on.However, there is little experimental and theoretical studies the static and fatigue performance of this joint in China. In order to ensure the safety of the structure of the rigid suspension in Ji’nan Yellow River railway bridge, the static and fatigue properties of the steel rod anchor joint should be tested and studied. The research of this paper will provide scientific basis for the design optimization and safety construction of the Yellow River Ji’nan railway bridge.In this paper, main research complete as follows:(1)To carrt out experimental research on steel rod anchor joint, a design has been proposed that a full-scale model whose proportion is 1:l,and A large scale self balanced loading device has been developed. The loading and testing scheme were designed for this experiment.(2)The steel rod anchor joint has been tested in static condition.lt was to study the transmission path and stress distribution of the joint under design load. The test results show that the static performance of the steel rod anchor joint is safe and reliable.(3) The fatigue test and fracture test of the steel rod anchor joint have been carried out.The test results show that the steel rod anchor joint is not damaged after 2 million cycles, and it still has a safety factor of 3.62 times.(4) It has been calculated the static simulation of the steel rod anchor joint. The material constitutive relation model of the finite element model is set up, and the complicated loading method and the boundary condition are also determined.By comparing the results of finite element calculation and static test,it shows that the steel rod anchor joint is safe and reliable under the design load.(5) It is carried out the fatigue performance evaluation of the steel rod anchor joint. The nominal stress method and the equivalent structural stress method were used to evaluate the fatigue performance of the steel rod anchor joint.It is carried out fatigue life estimation with the software,FE-SAFE.The results show that the anti-fatigue design of the steel rod anchor joint is safe and reliable.
