Based on the reinforcement and maintenance engineering of the Tong ling Yangtze River Highway Bridge pier, the Bridge Pier reinforcement project is analyzed and researched. The engineering general situation and reinforcement project are described in detailon the Tongling Yangtze River Highway Bridge pier, and the damages situation and reinforcement measures of the bridge pier are illustrated; thenthe key technology of reinforcement construction is simulated and analyzed to summarize the safety and technical characteristics of construction; finally the theory effect of bridge pier after reinforcement is gotten through the bridge pier bearing capacity calculation and finite element analysis results.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The common bridge damages domestic and international is carded systematically, and the main method of reinforcement for common bridge damages is introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of each reinforcement method are analyzed and summarized; the engineering situation of Tong ling Yangtze River Highway Bridge and the damages situation which have been checked out are narrated briefly, and the reinforcement measures taken against bridge pier damages are introduced.According to reinforcement projectof Tongling Yangtze River Highway Bridge main No.l bridge pier, the construction process of steel boxed and work platform are modeled and analyzed by Midas software. Based on the stress and strain results of steel boxed and work platform under different conditions, the safety stability and technical characteristics of steel boxed construction are summarized. And the practical application of bridge reinforcement technology is illustrated with the complete engineering examples.The bearing capacity and stability of Tongling Yangtze River Highway Bridge north approach No.19 bridge pier after reinforcement is verified by calculation results. The space finite element model of Tongling Yangtze River Highway Bridge north approach No.19 bridge pier after reinforcement is built and brief strain analysis by ANSYS is done. The calculation and analysis verifies the feasibility of reinforcement scheme and supplements the content of reinforcement scheme, and provides a theoretical reference and guidance for the actual construction. |
