Low tower cable-stayed bridge is a new structural system and the stress distribution is complicated. In order to ensure the smooth construction process and reasonable finished st-ate, it is needed to grasp stress change of the construction process. Zero block is located in j-unction with tower, girder and piers. The structural forms and constrai-nts are very comple-x. For zero block of wide box beam, the distribution of its force is worth exploring.As a commonly used method in deep-water Foundation construction, Steel sheet pile cofferdam can eliminate the adverse effects of water erosion and soil landslides etc. Deep-water foundation has great difficulty and high risk in construction, which is often under complex conditions. It is necessary to simulate and monitor construction of the Steel sheet pile cofferdam for improving the quality and ensuring the safety of construction.Taking a bridge under construction as the background, MIDAS CIVIL is used to stimu-late the building process of cofferdam and full bridge. Real-time monitoring is carried out for steel cofferdam construction. Meanwhile, MIDAS FEA is used to analyse local stress of zero block.Specific contents are as follows:(1) On the basis of the full bridge model by MIDAS CIVIL, the stress and deformatio-n of the construction process are analyzed in detail, and the rationality of the des-ign is veri-fied.(2) Using MIDAS FEA to create zero block solid model to analyse local stress of zero block in different constrcution stages. The stress distribution and variation of zero block ar-e mastered. Besides, reasonable proposals are put forward for potentially unsafe position.(3)Design-related checking of steel sheet pile cofferdam is conducted to ensure feasible and safety of the construction program.(4) The construction process of steel cofferdam is simulated by MIDAS CIVIL, then the stress and deformation of the cofferdam are analyzed in the construction process. According to the simulation results, the real-time monitoring is conducted for construction process of cofferdam.Results of this study may also provide a reference for the future similar research of ste-el sheet pile cofferdam construction monitoring and stayed Bridge Static Analysis. |
