Abstract/Summary:
The development and utilization of new energy has gradually become a hotspot of social concern. Due to the influence of natural factors, the float of their output voltage is large.In many fields such as aerospace systems, distributed generation, ship power system exist energy variation phenomenon. Therefore, it is necessary to research and design the stabilized voltage module which can adapt the wide input voltage, It has important significance in the field of power supply application.Based on the feature of wide input voltage, considering the volume of power supply and power density and efficiency, a forword-flyback hybrid DC-DC converter is designed in this topic.This paper researches on the forword-flyback hybrid topology and analyzes its work processes in the continuous conduction mode and in the discontinuous conduction mode, summarizes the factors that affect the soft switching,calculates the circuit parameters and designs the hardware circuit of the whole power supply system.Using saber simulation software, the circuit simulation model is built. and the simulations in different working environments are carried out. By simulating, the theoretical analysis is verified and the parameter design is optimized. Then an experimental prototype is made. Completing the debugging of the power supply system,obtain and analyze the waveform.The experimental results show that the design can achieve the goal of the plan, the forword-flyback hybrid DC-DC topology is suitable for wide input voltage situations, and it has high efficiency.
