Circulating fluidized bed boiler is a kind of clean combustion technology with high efficiency and low pollution, which has been adopted by more and more power generation companies. But CFB boiler has many characteristics, such as multi parameters, nonlinear and so on. At present, the domestic boiler automatic control system mostly stays in the DCS control level, which can not fully meet the control requirements.The traditional DCS control as the basis, combined with the PROFIBUS field bus technology, according to the characteristics of the CFB boiler, design a set of 300 MW CFB boiler control system, not only improve the traditional CFB boiler level control, and save equipment operation maintenance and repair costs. On the basis of in-depth analysis of CFB boiler control system and OVATION DCS and FCS field bus technology and equipment, and were compared with the related, through of DCS controller and the transformation of communication networks, design control mode of a DCS+PROFIBUS fieldbus, the design of the PROFIBUS communication program and drive, the debugging results show that based on field bus technology of CFB boiler control system is compared to the traditional DCS control has a good control effect, the development prospect of wide. Finally completed the task of summary and outlook, analysis currently the lack of the research of fieldbus and with the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional control method compared, and the bus technology in the application of CFB boiler prospect.
