| Rapid development of national economy, policy of national science and technology and mid-term and long-term scheme of railway propose higher requirement for modern railway transport and equipment. Heavy load and high speed are two important techniques for modern railway transport and equipment. High-power AC locomotive becomes necessary choice for heavy load freight.High-power heavy load locomotive can increase traction force of rolling stock and realize heavy traction by applying AC power technique and high-power asynchronous motor, and increasing axle load and axle numbers. Axle load is increased, rolling stock weight will be corresponding increased. Locomotive will be endured more longitudinal load than normal heavy load locomotive. Therefore car body of heavy axle Load locomotive shall be technically researched.This paper proposes recommended value of longitudinal load for axle load with 30 tons, by researching domestic and overseas longitudinal load standards, test data of coupler force and main factors effecting locomotive longitudinal load. It proposes five routes method of transferring longitudinal load with left and right side beam of under frame, middle beam of under frame and under frame floor, and left and right longitudinal above under frame, and design car body of axle load with 30 tons axle load locomotive based this method. This paper analyses five routes of transferring longitudinal load at 3600kN buff load case and 3000kN draft load case. Analysis results show three routes of under frame are main routes for longitudinal load, two longitudinal above under frame are main routes for beam bending moment.This paper also analyses and confirms calculation load for car body structure and bracket of shock absorber about fatigue strength according to EN 12663-1 and present locomotive application in China and other country. And it gives fatigue strength estimation method of car body structure and bracket of shock absorber based DVS1612-formation of steel weld seam and fatigue strength estimation in field of railway rolling stock, and we calculates and estimates car body of 30 tons axle load locomotive by method of ERRI B12/RP17.The result shows fatigue strength of car body structure and bracket of shock absorber of 30 tons axle load locomotive satisfies requirement of design. |
