Study On Upwarp Deformation Characteristics Of Continuous Track Slab Under High Temperature Load

Upwarp deformation of continuous track slab under high temperature load is a kind of typical diseases. On the basis of research results of warping characteristics of exisiting ballastless track and stability of continuous track slab, utilizing reciprocal work theorem of elastomer, deflection equation of continuous track slab under high temperature load is put forward, and the influence of different factors on upwarp deformation of continuous track slab are analyzed, which may provide some a reference on upwarp deformation characteristics of continuous track slab in theory.Firstly, reciprocal theorem method is applied to practical engineering, reciprocal work theorem of elastic thin slab under high temperature load is derived, and calculation model of track slab upwarp is established.Secondly, based on reciprocal work theorem, deflection equation of continuous track slab is proposed tentatively, upwarp deformation characteristics of continuous track slab under high temperature load are analyzed. Upwarp displacement of track slab shows a trend of sine curve along with the change of vertical position under temperature load.Then, the influence of different factors on upwarp deformation of continuous track slab are analyzed and upwarp deformation characteristics of continuous track are studied profoundly. From the perspective of track slab vertical stability and driving safety, the advice of interlayer repairing and optimization of track structure parameters are proposed tentatively.Finally, based on finite element software, upwarp deformation characteristics of continuous track slab under high temperature load are analyzed. Compared with analytical solution of deflection equation, errors are modified and final deflection equation of continuous track slab is got.
