Subgrade of the railway is geotechnical material structures, it is also a basic guarantee for the safety of railway transportation, according to the characteristics of collapsible loess subgrade, through the study on the consolidation mechanism of splitting grouting mechanism, grouting construction technology, grouting material and cement stabilized soil, the splitting grouting reinforcement scheme, the basic solution to reduce costs, simple process, reduce the traffic interference and strengthening collapsible loess subgrade, but because of the grouting effect evaluation technology is not standardized, there is no perfect standard can be used for reference, and then lead to the evaluation of grouting after the completion of the work can not be fully, timely, correct, thus affecting the implementation of the scheme of the grouting technology.This paper combined with the Lanzhou Railway Bureau a collapsible loess subgrade test section grouting engineering, grouting the comprehensive application of commonly used detection methods, analysis of the pros and cons, the grouting effect evaluation method and index, and then according to the characteristics of both line based detection and detection of grouting, grouting is proposed on the existing Railway detection method of operation line. The main research contents and results are as follows:1.First of all, according to the characteristics of split grouting mechanism and railway roadbed disease treatment, the corresponding analysis and feasibility study for treatment of railway roadbed diseases of splitting grouting reinforcement scheme from grouting mechanism, construction technology, detection method and detection of grouting in railway roadbed combination, determine the existing railway line scheme evaluation base grouting.2.Refer to the relevant literature,to identify the existing railway Rayleigh wave method, the detection and evaluation of line base grouting scheme of the high density resistivity method, ground penetrating radar method respectively from the basic principle and field testing principle are compared and analyzed.3.On the basis of test and evaluation program, through the Rayleigh wave method, high density resistivity method, ground penetrating radar method of splitting grouting field test section were compared from the adaptability, the field test data, analysis of the characteristics of the detection and evaluation of the reinforcement effect of the grouting in the above-mentioned method, so as to determine subgrade of the railway after splitting grouting effect evaluation scheme, and provide basis for decision making.
